This page explains how international card payments are accepted for digital products sold through the online shop available at:

This International Payments page applies to international card payments processed through Stripe for digital products, PDF files, e-books, recipe books, educational materials, webinars, video materials, online programs, and other digital content offered through the shop.

5. Payment Processing

Card details are entered into the secure payment interface provided by Stripe or by the Stripe payment integration used on the shop.

The Seller does not store full bank card numbers, CVC codes, or full payment card details.

Stripe may process payment data, authentication checks, fraud-prevention checks, payment confirmation, receipts, refunds, disputes, and related payment information according to Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices.

By completing a Stripe payment, the Customer agrees to the payment terms displayed at checkout and to the applicable legal documents of the shop.

6. Digital Delivery

Products sold through the shop are digital products.

After successful payment confirmation, access may be provided through one or more of the following methods:

  • download link in the customer account;
  • email with download or access information;
  • access to a private page or online material;
  • access to video, webinar, lesson, or program materials;
  • another official digital delivery method displayed before or after payment.

Digital delivery is usually provided shortly after successful payment confirmation.

7. No Physical Shipping

The shop primarily sells digital products and digital access.

Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, no physical products are shipped, no postal delivery is provided, and no shipping fees apply.

8. Currency, Taxes, and Fees

The price, currency, and total amount are displayed before payment.

International payments may be charged in EUR, USD, RUB, or another currency displayed at checkout, depending on the product, payment method, shop settings, and payment provider availability.

The Seller operates under the French “Franchise en base de TVA” regime. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly displayed at checkout, VAT is not charged separately.

The Customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply currency conversion, international card fees, or other charges. These charges are not controlled by the Seller.

9. Russian Domestic Payment Flows

Russian domestic payment flows may be processed separately through Russian payment providers, including Prodamus, Robokassa, or another payment method displayed at checkout.

Russian domestic payments may be governed by separate Russian-language legal documents, including the Russian public offer and privacy policy available on the relevant Russian-language pages.

This International Payments page applies specifically to Stripe international card payments unless another seller, payment method, or legal document is clearly displayed before payment.

10. Refunds and Payment Issues

Refunds are governed by the shop Refund Policy:

Because the shop sells digital products and may provide immediate access after payment, refunds after digital access has been provided, a file has been downloaded, or materials have been opened may be limited.

Refunds may be considered in cases such as:

  • duplicate payment;
  • technical error;
  • payment charged but access not provided;
  • incorrect product access caused by a technical issue;
  • other cases required by applicable law or expressly approved by the Seller.

Refund requests must be sent to support with the order number, payment email, payment date, product name, amount, currency, and a clear description of the issue.

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method through the payment provider, unless another method is required or agreed.

11. Chargebacks and Disputes

If the Customer has a problem with payment or access, the Customer should contact support before opening a bank dispute or chargeback.

The Seller will make reasonable efforts to review the issue, verify the order, and provide access or process an eligible refund where applicable.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, access to the purchased digital product may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed.

12. Educational and Health Disclaimer

The digital materials sold through the shop are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
