These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of digital products sold through the online shop available at:

These Terms apply to international card payments processed through Stripe and to digital products, PDF files, e-books, recipe books, webinars, video materials, online programs, educational materials, and other digital content offered through the shop.

By placing an order, clicking a payment button, completing payment, downloading a file, accessing a digital product, or using any purchased material, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Customer / Buyer:
Any individual who purchases, receives, downloads, accesses, or uses digital products from the shop.

2. Content Author

Olga Ugrymova is the author and creator of the educational, nutrition-related, recipe, culinary, lifestyle, wellness, women’s health, weight management, sleep, and related digital materials sold through the shop.

The Seller may provide payment processing, technical access, digital delivery, customer support, shop administration, and international payment infrastructure.

e-books;
recipe books;
digital guides;
webinars;
video materials;
online lessons;

other digital content displayed in the shop before payment.

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, products sold through the shop are digital products only and no physical goods are shipped.

If there is any inconsistency between a product page, checkout page, payment page, order confirmation, or legal document, the information clearly displayed at checkout for the specific purchase applies to that purchase.

5. Language of Products and Support

The shop, product pages, customer support, and digital materials may be provided primarily in Russian, unless expressly stated otherwise on a specific product page.

Some legal pages, payment pages, or informational pages may be available in English for international customers and payment providers.

By purchasing a product, the Customer understands and agrees that the main product content may be in Russian unless another language is clearly displayed before payment.

6. Description of Digital Products

The shop provides paid access to digital informational and educational materials.

The materials may include, without limitation:

recipes;
meal plans;
culinary guides;
nutrition-related educational materials;
PDF files;
e-books;
video lessons;
webinar recordings;
online programs;
downloadable files;
access links;
private digital pages;
bonus materials;
updates or additional materials, where expressly included in the product description.

The exact product content, format, price, currency, access method, access period, included files, and delivery method are displayed on the product page and/or at checkout before payment.

The Seller and/or Author may update, improve, replace, or modify digital materials if needed for technical, legal, editorial, operational, or educational reasons, provided that the Customer receives access to the purchased product or a materially similar digital product where applicable.

7. No Medical Advice

The materials sold through the shop are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, individual nutrition consultation, dietary prescription, psychological advice, therapy, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified doctor, dietitian, nutritionist, psychologist, or other healthcare professional.

The Customer is solely responsible for considering personal health conditions, allergies, food intolerances, contraindications, pregnancy, breastfeeding, medication use, eating disorders, medical restrictions, and any other individual circumstances before applying any information, recipe, recommendation, program, or material.

The Customer should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to diet, lifestyle, supplementation, physical activity, sleep routine, or health-related habits, especially if the Customer has any medical condition or takes medication.

The Seller and the Author do not guarantee individual health, nutrition, weight, lifestyle, sleep, wellbeing, or wellness results.

8. Eligibility

By purchasing or using digital products from the shop, the Customer confirms that:

the Customer is at least 18 years old or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian;
the Customer has legal capacity to enter into a contract;
the information provided at checkout is accurate and complete;
the Customer will use the purchased materials only for personal, non-commercial purposes;
the Customer will not copy, resell, share, publish, redistribute, transfer, or provide access to third parties without written permission.

9. Contract Formation and Acceptance

A contract is formed when the Customer completes one or more of the following actions:

selects a digital product;
adds a product to the cart;
clicks a payment or checkout button;
confirms agreement to these Terms;
completes payment through Stripe or another available payment method;
receives access to a digital product;
downloads a file;
opens or uses purchased digital materials.

The final price, currency, payment method, product name, quantity, taxes if applicable, and delivery method are displayed before payment.

Payment confirmation means full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

If information on a marketing page differs from information displayed at checkout, the checkout information applies to the purchase.

10. Prices, Currency, and Payment

Prices are displayed before payment and may vary depending on the product, currency, country, payment method, taxes, promotions, or payment provider availability.

International card payments may be processed through Stripe.

Certain Russian domestic or regional payments may be processed separately through Prodamus, Robokassa, or another payment method displayed at checkout.

Card details are entered into the secure payment interface provided by the relevant payment processor or payment integration. The Seller does not store full bank card numbers, CVC codes, or full payment card details.

Unless otherwise stated, international payments may be charged in EUR, USD, RUB, or another currency displayed before payment.

Payment is made as 100% prepayment before access or download is provided.

The Seller operates under the French “Franchise en base de TVA” regime. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly displayed at checkout, VAT is not charged separately.

The Customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply currency conversion, international card fees, or other charges. These charges are not controlled by the Seller.

11. One-Time Purchases and Limited Access Products

The shop primarily sells one-time digital purchases.

A product may include:

permanent download access;
limited-time access;
access for a fixed number of days, weeks, months, or years;
access to a specific file, webinar, recording, video, program, or digital page;
another access model clearly displayed on the product page or at checkout.

A limited access period is not the same as a recurring subscription unless automatic renewal is clearly displayed and expressly confirmed before payment.

The shop does not create an automatic recurring subscription unless this is clearly stated before payment and the Customer expressly confirms recurring billing through the checkout flow.

If automatic renewal is not displayed and confirmed at checkout, the purchase is treated as a one-time payment.

12. Digital Delivery

Products sold through the shop are digital products.

After successful payment confirmation, access may be provided through one or more of the following methods:

download link on the order confirmation page;
download link in the customer account;
email with download or access information;
private page or online material;
video, webinar, lesson, or program access;
another official digital delivery method displayed before or after payment.

Digital delivery is usually provided shortly after successful payment confirmation.

In some cases, delivery may take additional time because of technical processing, payment verification, email delivery issues, incorrect customer data, anti-fraud checks, manual verification, or temporary service limitations.

The Customer is responsible for providing a correct email address and for checking spam, promotions, or other email folders.

If the Customer does not receive access after payment, the Customer should contact support and provide the order number, payment email, payment date, product name, amount, currency, and any available payment receipt.

13. Customer Account and Access Data

Some products may require a customer account, email address, password, access link, private page, or other technical access method.

The Customer is responsible for keeping login details, access links, and downloaded files secure.

The Customer must not share access links, account credentials, download links, files, videos, webinar links, private pages, or other purchased materials with third parties.

If access cannot be provided because the Customer provided incorrect data, lost access to the email address, blocked emails, deleted account information, or failed to follow access instructions, the Customer must contact support and provide corrected information.

14. Refunds, Cancellation, and Right of Withdrawal

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy:

Because the shop sells digital products and may provide immediate access after payment, refunds after access has been provided, a file has been downloaded, or digital materials have been opened may be limited.

If the Customer is a consumer located in the European Union, the Customer may have a statutory right of withdrawal. However, for digital content or digital services, if the Customer expressly requests immediate access before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledges that access may begin immediately, the right of withdrawal may be limited or lost to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Refunds may be considered in cases such as:

duplicate payment;
technical error;
payment charged but access not provided;
incorrect product access caused by a technical issue;
other cases required by applicable law or expressly approved by the Seller.

The Customer should contact support before opening a bank dispute or chargeback.

15. Intellectual Property

All materials sold or provided through the shop, including texts, recipes, images, videos, audio files, PDF files, e-books, guides, programs, designs, layouts, graphics, downloads, and other content, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to the Customer.

The Customer receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the purchased materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

The Customer must not:

copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, resell, sublicense, or share the materials;
provide access to third parties;
upload materials to public websites, social networks, messengers, file-sharing services, cloud storage, or online platforms;
use the materials for commercial purposes;
create commercial derivative works based on the materials;
remove copyright notices or author information;
attempt to bypass access controls, download restrictions, or payment systems;
use automated tools to scrape, copy, export, or download content without permission.

Violation of intellectual property rights may result in termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

16. Prohibited Use

The Customer agrees not to use the shop, products, files, materials, access systems, checkout, payment systems, or support channels for:

illegal purposes;
fraud;
chargeback abuse;
unauthorized sharing or resale;
harassment, threats, or abusive communications;
copying or distributing protected content;
attempts to bypass technical restrictions;
attacks on the website, payment systems, hosting, or digital delivery infrastructure;
any activity that harms the Seller, the Author, other customers, or the operation of the shop.

17. Third-Party Services

The shop may depend on third-party services, including but not limited to WordPress, WooCommerce, Stripe, Prodamus, Robokassa, hosting providers, email services, analytics tools, video hosting platforms, file delivery systems, payment processors, banks, card networks, and security providers.

The Seller is not responsible for interruptions, restrictions, technical errors, connection issues, payment refusals, bank declines, card issuer decisions, fraud-prevention checks, hosting outages, email delivery problems, or policy changes caused by third-party services.

However, the Seller will make reasonable efforts to provide support, restore access where possible, or offer an alternative official access method where technically and commercially reasonable.

18. Availability and Technical Changes

The Seller aims to keep the shop and digital delivery systems available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The shop, files, videos, download links, private pages, customer accounts, or delivery systems may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, payment provider issues, email delivery issues, security incidents, force majeure, internet provider issues, or other technical circumstances.

The Seller may change, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the shop or digital delivery infrastructure if needed for technical, legal, security, operational, or business reasons.

If a purchased product becomes unavailable because of a technical issue, the Seller may, where technically possible and commercially reasonable, provide access through another official method.

For support requests, the Customer should include:

order number;
email used for payment;
product name;
payment date;
payment amount and currency;
payment method;
Stripe receipt, payment ID, order ID, or payment reference, if available;
description of the issue;
screenshots, if helpful.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for:

the Customer’s individual results from using the materials;
health, allergy, nutrition, cooking, lifestyle, sleep, weight, or wellbeing consequences of applying the information;
incorrect data provided by the Customer;
inability to access due to the Customer’s device, software, browser, email settings, internet connection, account settings, or regional restrictions;
payment refusals or restrictions caused by banks, card issuers, payment providers, or fraud-prevention systems;
third-party payment, hosting, email, video, analytics, delivery, or platform failures;
indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

The Seller’s total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer for the relevant digital product, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

21. Personal Data

Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy:

By purchasing or using products from the shop, the Customer understands that personal data may be processed for order management, payment processing, digital delivery, customer account operation, support, legal compliance, fraud prevention, analytics, and shop operation.

Payment card data is processed by Stripe or another available payment provider. The Seller does not store full bank card details.

22. Force Majeure

The Seller is not responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, government actions, payment system outages, hosting failures, internet provider failures, cyberattacks, legal restrictions, platform outages, or other extraordinary circumstances.

23. Changes to These Terms

The Seller may update these Terms at any time by publishing a new version on the shop website.

The version applicable to a purchase is the version available at the time of payment, unless mandatory law or a later written agreement provides otherwise.

Continued use of purchased materials or the shop after changes are published may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

24. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of the Customer’s country provide otherwise.
